This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is perfect for a family vacation. Park your car in the off-street parking, and never need to move it! Located at Boylston Place #6, you will be within walking distance to everything you need on Tybee.
Located on the second floor of the building, the main entrance is 2 flights up the stairs from the covered parking area. This Condo has been renovated to include a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, stainless appliances, and a custom glass tile backsplash. There is new flooring throughout which is great for families traveling with pets. The open floor plan of the living area is perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa, a 65in Flat Screen TV, and a variety of board games for entertainment. There is an additional Twin Inflatable mattress available for guests. The Living room opens to the balcony. Open the doors to feel the Tybee breezes! Enjoy a partial view of the ocean from the comfort of your covered balcony.
The Primary Suite has a king-sized bed, an attached bath, and a 42in flat-screen TV. The sliding doors lead to the rear balcony that leads to the elevator. The key to the slider door is located in the lockbox hanging by the door. This makes bringing luggage up to the third floor much easier. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and 32in flat-screen TV. All TVs include Roku devices for streaming.
The condo has two off-street reserved parking spaces. NOTE: Larger SUV`s will not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/high seasons. Wifi is available. This property is handicapped friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
