Welcome to Beachwalk Apartments on Tybee Island! This charming, historic Tybee Apartment home invites you to sit back and enjoy the Tybee Breezes from the cool front porch of this adorable apartment home. Beachwalk 3 is on the second floor of this quaint little beach house, a short stroll to Tybee's main beach.
Apartment #3 is located on the second floor of this historic Tybee building, originally built in 1930. The eclectic Tybee feel can be seen with the bright pops of color in the bright and sunny porches and a beachy feel inside. This cool apartment house has been maintained with cool, breezy charm both inside and out. The apartments have been expertly refurbished while preserving the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls.
The apartment's living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa that converts to a full bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a quick bite (no dishwasher), and there is bar seating for 4. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a TV, the attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbors and keep to the seating provided by each apartment. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit. This home is pet-friendly.
Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just five houses from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Beachwalk #3 includes one parking space. Park your car and walk everywhere!
All apartments offer Cable TV and High-speed Wireless Internet/WIFI.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Awesome stay!
The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and organized. We walked to the beach everyday. It is within walking distance to restaurants and stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
