Beach and Racquet B311 is a third (top) floor beachfront condo at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. Enjoy unobstructed views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats and dolphins from your private furnished balcony. This is a great location just a short stroll down to the community pool and beach access! Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
This property has an updated partial kitchen and a breakfast bar seating two. The kitchen features an under-counter fridge, convection toaster oven, covered electric skillet, hot water kettle, Keurig, and standard coffee maker. There is no oven, stove-top, or dishwasher, however, we have taken great care that everything is set-up to accommodate guests. There is a King-size bed and TV in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a 42in flat-screen TV in the living area. This condo will sleep up to 4 comfortably. This condo offers in-unit high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant).
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet office, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
