The contemporary kitchen has been updated and features stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, a small combined convection oven and microwave, a small refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, and is ready for the beach with a Margaritaville Margarita machine. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. Traveling with kids? This unit has 2 built-in bunk-style youth beds in the hall - perfect for your little ones. This condo can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children (there is no sleeper, there is an inflatable Queen bed for flexible sleeping options. The bunks in the hall are youth size so the 2 adult max is strict).
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).

Tybee Getaway
We had a great stay. The condo was clean and close to everything we wanted. The beach was private and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Quick get away
We enjoyed our stay. The gated community was nice and it felt safe. I really appreciated the pool attendants and how cautious and clean they kept the pool. Especially during these times.

Great Location
We were looking for a quiet location, and this was it! Perfect for staying away from the larger crowds on the south end of the island. Viewing the sunset out our window most nights was a highlight! Perfect for the 3 of us.

Wonderful!!!
Wonderful stay! Easy check in and check out. Unit was stocked with everything we needed. The most comfortable bed I’ve EVER slept in. Will definitely book this again for our next visit to Tybee!

Beautiful Condo with amazing Views
We had such an amazing time staying at this property! It was the perfect size for our needs and was very clean upon our arrival! The location was super convenient for doing things on the island or heading into Savannah. Tybee Vacation Rentals did a great job communicating with us before and during our stay which made for a great experience.

amazing vacay
Property was exactly as expected. Very clean upon arrival. Maybe 20 steps from the beach, it's right on the parking lot. Parking was never an issue. Internet/ TV worked well the entire time. Beds were comfortable. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Balcony was a nice size. Loved the decor! No complaints, will definitely be back!
