The open living area features a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, table seating for four, and access to the private balcony, which offers room for 4. The updated kitchen has all you need for a beach getaway, including a stove and an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and styled with cool colors and a beachy feel. The bathroom is truly a beach oasis! Like a vacation within your vacation, step into the pebbled-floor shower as if you are stepping into a private outdoor shower. Also included is a convenient, in-unit washer and dryer.
Enjoy the beautiful bay views, ships, and shrimp boats from your private balcony. Watch dolphins play in the Savannah River and stroll the shore collecting seashells. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for one vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
It is located on the quiet north of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a 14`x20' pool with 9' depth and a 10`x10` kiddie pool with 2' depth, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. This unit sleeps up to 4 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
Available for any open 30+ day rental period between Nov. 2020 and Feb. 2021 for $1,500 monthly. Rates can vary depending on the month and length of stay. Utilities are included, with a monthly electrical maximum. Additional rental fees total $500. Additional taxes and a refundable security deposit are required, and vary depending on the length of stay.
