Description Description
Beach House 415 is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, First-floor Oceanfront, corner condo, with a private balcony that has views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex, enjoy resort-style living with three community pools one of which is heated, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant "The Deck" featuring unique coastal cuisine. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA, and Library. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.

Watch the sunrise outside from two private balconies, or stay indoors and wake up to the sunrise view from the comfort of your master bedroom. The living room is comfortably furnished, and access to the covered balcony, a flat-screen TV, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 5, and there are 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.

Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. The master bedroom is furnished with a King, and a flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached master bath with dual vanity and a whirlpool tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom is furnished with two Double beds to accommodate up to 4 guests and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has an ensuite shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is also accessed through the hall. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

* Beachside Colony Condominiums is planning an improvement project to build an all-new pool and pool deck beginning in October 2021. During the construction, the pools will be closed, and equipment will be onsite in order to improve the pools for future guests. Given the possibility guests may be inconvenienced by the construction project including the lack of pool availability and noise during their stay - rates have now been discounted. Work is expected to continue through May 2022.

This property was clean and had a lot of space for us. The kitchen was well equipped and all of the appliances worked great. The bathrooms are big and the master bath even has 2 sinks! It is just one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride down to the parking area and beach access. That was probably the biggest advantage with this place---location to beach! There are tennis courts and a very large playground area across the road that are available for use. The property is on the end of the building next to the beach access so you are able to hear some outside noise/voices during the day, but it was quiet at night. The only problem we encountered was the fire alarm started beeping constantly. We called TVR maintenance and they advised us that the battery needed changing and there should be batteries, etc. in one of the kitchen drawers. They were right and the problem was fixed! The pools on the property are a bit small, but you have the whole ocean in front of you to swim. And The Deck restaurant was an excellent place to eat right there near our rental. Check first though, because the it's not open every day. Many of the restaurants and attractions were either closed, or on limited hours due to the Covid virus.
