Atlantic Ocean 3 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom pet-friendly townhome located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes easy access to two community pools, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and an on-site restaurant The Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Tybee Library, and the YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several more popular restaurants.
The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, ground-level patio with a gas grill, outdoor shower, and a walking exit to the beach. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the townhome. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with beautiful tile floors and direct Ocean Views. The living area includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD, furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. This beautiful townhome has undergone an extensive renovation including an updated kitchen, complete with brand new countertops and fixtures. This level also has a bedroom with a Queen bed, TV, and a full bath located off the hall.
On the top floor, there are two primary bedrooms. The first, Oceanfront Primary Bedroom has a Kings size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This room is directly oceanfront and features a beautiful balcony with amazing views of the Ocean. Watch the sunrise from your Primary Suite! The second Primary on this level also has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The ground-level attached garage has parking space for 2 standard size vehicles. A third parking space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle is located in the gated parking area adjacent to the townhomes.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.
