You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.
This spacious Townhome includes 2 levels of living space, with a garage below. The 2nd level of the townhome greets you with all new glass sliding doors that open to the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The open floor plan has all new hardwood flooring. The living area includes a brand new sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper, 55in Smart TV. The furnished balcony has stunning views of the ocean, just off the living room. The dining area includes a table that seats up to 8 and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely renovated and includes brand new custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and brand new Stainless Steel appliances for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. Also located on the 2nd floor is a guest bedroom (bedroom 3) furnished with 2 extra long Twin beds that will convert to a California King-size bed, a 32in flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The hall bathroom has brand new vanities and fixtures.
The third floor is home to two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a California King bed, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a private bath, and access to the third-floor private balcony with stunning ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a California King bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a private full bathroom. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the hallway on this level.
The ground level includes a 2 car garage with an entry to the foyer. There are a foosball table and a ring toss game for fun, and outside there is a furnished patio with a gas grill, hot and cold outdoor shower, and a walking exit to the beach. Parking for 2 standard-size vehicles and there is access to a third uncovered guest space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle. An elevator is available to assist guests.

Is the elevator shared with other units?

No, this is a private in unit elevator. The elevator can be accessed from the ground level and goes all the way to the 3rd floor. This amenity is for convenience only. If lack of an elevator will create safety issues with guests entering/exiting the property we suggest choosing a more accessible/ground level unit. Our staff will be happy to review available options with you.
