Atlantic Ocean 2 is a directly Oceanfront, 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is located at the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to three community pools, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.
This spacious Townhome includes 2 levels of living space, with a garage below. The 2nd level of the townhome greets you with all new glass sliding doors that open to the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The open floor plan has all new hardwood flooring. The living area includes a brand new sectional sofa with Queen sleeper, 55in Smart TV. The furnished balcony has stunning views of the ocean, just off the living room. The dining area includes a table that seats up to 8 and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely renovated and includes brand new custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and brand new Stainless Steel appliances for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. We loved everything about Tybee Island! What a wonderful place to kick back and relax while enjoying great weather, fantastic food, and all of the local things to do. There were 6 of us-4 adults and 2 kids-and we never missed a beat. The bluegrass brunch at the Tybee Island Social Club was so cool, and we (my husband and I) celebrated our anniversary at the Sundae Cafe. We will certainly be back again! Made great memories during this low key, relaxing family vacay. Weather was absolutely perfect! Wave activity was just right for kids of all ages.
