The ground level includes a 2 car garage, entry foyer, a ground-level patio, and a walking exit to the beach. This three-story townhome features a residential private elevator for guest use. The main foyer stairway leads to the 2nd floor which is the main level of the townhome. Upstairs, guests are welcomed to a beautiful open floor plan with tile floors and direct Ocean Views. Watch the sunrise from the living area which includes a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and furnished balcony with stunning views of the seashore. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also has a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom in the hall.
On the top floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bath. This room features private access to a covered balcony with patio seating and stunning ocean views. The third-floor guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, and an attached full guest bathroom. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The ground-level attached garage has parking space for 2 standard size vehicles. A third parking space that can accommodate an oversized vehicle is located in the gated parking area adjacent to the townhomes.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

I have been visiting TYBEE for about 20 years. This is my favorite property thus far. The location is wonderful with an ON SITE Restaurant (Beachfront) with live entertainment and 3 pools. The town home is in private community and beachfront. I could literally hear the waves crashing from my bed. The sunrises and sunsets were unbelievable as I sat on my private bedroom balcony!!! The home was spacious- providing amble space for 8 adults comfortably! Most places that advertise 'a sleeper' are talking about a traditional metal sleeper. Not this unit... the sleeper is state of the art and slept as well as a queen size bed!! Lastly- I loved parking our car in the 2 car garage too! The receptionist upon check in was very helpful and welcoming. Will visit this unit year after year!!!
My family joined me toward the end of my vacation here at AOH 11. I picked this unit because of it's open floor plan and spacious balconies overlooking the breathtaking east coast and perfect view of the ICW--- allowing us to admire the constant flow beautiful ships as the strolled by! We had 6 people (including 2 children), and everyone felt so comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Tybee Vacation Rentals were great to work with too! We made wonderful memories and will return this summer for sure!
This townhome is super comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to have quiet time. There are two spacious balconies overlooking to ocean! The location cannot be beat! We rented bikes and biked every where for 3 days!!! We also enjoyed the heated pool very much. Highly recommend.
Cannot wait to return! The townhome was perfect. We brought our elderly parents and poodle. The elevator and private back lawn were great bonuses! Perfectly appointed allowing be at every destination in less than minutes. Especially loved the balconies and views!
This is our third year vacationing at Tybee. We absolutely love it here! Our rental exceeded our expectations! The views are breathtaking! Our whole family (from 1 year to 72 years of age) enjoy coming here on vacation! Thank you for making our stay stress free and enjoyable!
This property is beautiful and I can't imagine you could want anything that isn't there. Sunrises were beautiful and right out of our bedroom window. Furniture was comfortable and first rate, even the art pieces scattered around the townhouse. We were looking at another property in the complex, but couldn't get the other company to call back on a timely basis, so very glad for the professional and courteous service from Tybee Vacation Rentals. They were available and helpful in every way. YOu will not be disappointed in this property. Many thanks to the wonderful owners of this property for sharing it with us.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, at this lovely beach retreat. The kitchen was equipped with a wide array of culinary utensils. The scenic views, from the 2nd floor balcony, were very enjoyable. We will keep this site, on our list, of future vacation spots.
My family and I just checked out of Atlantic Ocean 11: we had a fantastic time! The property was spotless. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor and being able to gaze at the ocean from our bed at sunrise. The elevator is also a nice addition if you have elderly parents or just want to transport all of your luggage to the top floor without breaking a sweat. Finally, it was nice to have ample parking space for a car and large SUV. I cannot recommend the place enough! We'll be back to make more memories!

Is the elevator shared with other units?
No, this is a private in unit elevator. The elevator can be accessed from the ground level and goes all the way to the 3rd floor. This amenity is for convenience only. If lack of an elevator will create safety issues with guests entering/exiting the property we suggest choosing a more accessible/ground level unit. Our staff will be happy to review available options with you.
Will my truck fit in the garage?
The garage is more suitable for a smaller vehicle. There is one uncovered parking space that is reserved for this unit you may use to park any oversized vehicle.
