The home's main living area is on the third floor. The large open floor plan features the living, kitchen, and dining areas, which have access to the third-floor balcony with a partial ocean view. Settle in on the comfy sofa, set before a decorative fireplace with mounted TV. Sip your morning coffee and evening cocktails from the adjoining porch with a partial view of the ocean.

Entertain your guests with a large dining table for 8 and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The beautiful, large open, fully equipped cook's kitchen has all you need for prepping and cooking a fantastic meal. The kitchen features a gas stovetop, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large center island with a prep sink. There are a full bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on this floor.

The second floor features a luxurious main bedroom suite with a King size bed, a 50 inch Smart TV, and access to the attached balcony. The large ensuite main bathroom has dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a large glass-enclosed shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a king-size bed, a large Smart TV and has a large ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a large Smart TV and has an attached bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

The ground level is home to the fourth bedroom with Queen size bed, TV, and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private, covered screened porch for enjoying the great weather all year round. There is an inflatable Queen bed for additional guests.

Located on the beach-side of Butler Avenue, only a short 5-7 min stroll to the nearest beach access point which is on the next block at 13th Street (less than 1,000 feet away). Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Wireless High-Speed Internet is provided.
