Located only 50 yards from the beach in a convenient mid-island, beachside location. This three-level home has upscale, comfortable furnishings, and includes an elevator to assist with baggage, and two large wrap-around porches, giving you great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Take in the sunrise from the privacy of your private balcony, and witness every day the beauty of the moment.
The main living level is located on the top floor (third floor). Here, you will find the wide-open floor plan that features 2 living spaces, one for relaxing and the second for watching the large flat-screen TV. There is a sleeper sofa for additional bedding. The dining table has ample seating for 10 and is also open to the kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, Keurig coffee makers, and double wall ovens. Guests will enjoy the use of the wet bar, with a separate beverage cooler/wine fridge.
On the second level, there are three bedrooms suites with ensuite bathrooms and all have TVs. The first bedroom has a King-size bed and an attached large bathroom with a separate tub and a walk-in shower. The second has a King Size bed. There is a private balcony on this level, which is accessible through both King bedrooms. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. The ground level of the home is where the fourth guest bedroom is. This room is furnished with a King size bed and has an attached ensuite bathroom that is also accessible through the hallway. This bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Inside the large 2 car garage is a Ping-Pong table. Challenge your friends to a fun, family table tennis tourney!
This home is a great place for family gatherings or multiple families. There are multiple bedrooms with attached baths, which work well for traveling couples and families. It offers privacy while in the home, and a convenient location - with great beach access just 50 yards away. There is off-street/garage parking for up to 5 cars. Wireless internet throughout the home. This home is pet-friendly. Elevator is Handicap Friendly (not ADA compliant).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Does this home have an elevator?

Yes, there is a private elevator in this home. The elevator can be accessed from the ground level and goes all the way to the 3rd floor. This amenity is for convenience only. If lack of an elevator will create safety issues with guests entering/exiting the property we suggest choosing a more accessible/ground level unit. Our staff will be happy to review available options with you.
