This condo is perfect for a young family. It sleeps 2 comfortably in the queen size bed and 2 in the small bunk beds in the hallway. Includes high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool, 3 tennis courts, community grills, bike racks, private parking, and a gated complex.

We were disappointed that we couldn’t get into the condo at 4:00, which we were told was check in time. What I found out was that check in starts at 4:00, but doesn’t mean that your unit is ready at 4:00. Since you are not allowed to go to the condo ahead of time, it was suggested that we sit in our car at the rental office, until we received the email letting us know that our unit was ready. We went to but groceries and finally got the ok to enter the unit at 4:48. It was also disappointing to not be able to enjoy the beach and pool at the condo site on the day of arrival and the date of departure. We knew we could not use the condo but we expected that we could use the beach or pool. Most hotels will hold your luggage and allow you to stay on the property to use the pool and beach. One bright spot was that the bed was comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the pool area was nice.

We loved the property and location. It was very well maintained and clean. The layout is great. We spent a lot of time in the condo and it felt like home. Everything worked great. We would stay again!

Enjoyable stay
We had a great time at this condo. The location is great (of the room itself and overall on the island). We enjoyed the river/beachfront property and views. The condo was great, like a home away from home with everything we needed! There were lots of items available for use and you could still see the ocean from the balcony. We loved how clean it was and well maintained. Children love the bunk beds. Everything was clean and well set up.
