South Beach Ocean 4 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the south end of Tybee, just steps from the beach. Great location for a vacation since many restaurants, shops, and the Tybee Pier and Pavillion are within a 1-2 block radius. Beach access is located at this block! There is a side ocean view from the private covered balcony, which is furnished with a table that seats 4 and 2 bar height chairs so you can enjoy the view.

The living room has a 32 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD, and is comfortably furnished, and includes a Queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking during your stay and has a breakfast bar seating for two. The dining area has a table for 6.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King bed, 32-inch Flat Screen TV, and the room has an adjoining private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a 32" Flat Screen TV. There is an additional full bath in the hall, along with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Covered parking is located on the ground level. This condo is Unit #4, located on the second floor, on the far right of the building. There is High-Speed Internet / WIFI in the apartment.

NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/ high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Located in the heart of the tourist area of Tybee Island and super-close to the beach, this compact condo was well-kept and equipped. Definitely as depicted in the photos. Great place! We'll return.

Great location. We were able to keep our beach stuff in the car instead of hauling it up and down the stairs. Very clean unit. Very happy with the unit and location to everything. Master shower water temp is a little tricky. the knob turns on the water. but the lever controls the temp. Not sure if the guest bath is the same. My 19 year old did not say anything about it.

Great location. We would 100% rent this unit again. Quick access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and well maintained. Covered parking. Parking is a little tight. I do not recommend a large SUV or Truck for this unit. Over review of Tybee Island. While on the Island, we stopped at Mi Vida for breakfast. After breakfast we rented a golf cart to explore the island. I do recommend Coast to Coast rental for a golf cart rental. Located in the same shopping center as The Sugar Shack. While exploring we stopped Tybee Island Marine Science Center located by the Tybee Lighthouse. Great stop to take kids. After we grabbed a pizza at Huc-A-Poos. Then a pick ride over to A-J's Docside for a snack. We ended the night at Rock House for dinner. Sunday morning we stop at The Surfing Goat for Coffee. Highly recommend.
