Step into a comfortable, casual space that has everything you need for a relaxing stay, just a short 5-minute walk to Tybee's south end beach. Feel right at home with all new flooring, fixtures, and furnishings. The cozy living area includes a large Smart TV, ready for streaming your favorite channels. The all-new eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
Three bedrooms provide a great night's rest after a day at the beach. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and a Smart TV and connects with Bedroom 2 with two Twin beds. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV and access to the backyard deck. The shared bathroom has dual vanities and a tub and shower combination.
Outside, enjoy evening cocktails on the backyard deck. The backyard connects with the neighboring unit. This home is located on Second Avenue, part of Tybee Island’s bike path. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The nearest beach access is at the end of 13th Street, about 3 blocks away. The home includes Wifi and an in-unit stacked washer and dryer. Parking for 2 vehicles is available.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Great stay incredibly close to the beach, and only 2 blocks from the main grocery store on the island. Space was spotless and we enjoyed the front porch and patio. This was the perfect spot, and the agency was so easy to work with.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
