Once inside, the main living level is just up the stairs. The colorful and functional areas have brand-new fixtures and furnishings, and visitors will love the meticulous attention to detail. The roomy living area has an open-concept chef's kitchen with brand-new stainless equipment, a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 is located on this floor. It has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a half-bathroom.
On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms. A King-size bed and a Smart TV are in bedroom 2, while a Queen-size bed and a Smart TV are in bedroom 3. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Walk outside onto the connected back deck from the living area for a great outdoor space. There is a six-person dining table, a gas grill, and an adjoining sundeck for soaking up the Tybee sun on this private deck. Your private swimming plunge pool is located on the ground level and is ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach.

A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Do make sure the property management checks the pool chemicals right before a stay. Something was ‘off’ during our visit - likely the pH - and all of our bathing suits were bleached. An unfortunate and unexpected ‘cost’ of enjoying the lovely pool. Other than that, this property is fabulous!
