Once inside, the main living level is just up the stairs. The colorful and functional areas have brand-new fixtures and furnishings, and visitors will love the meticulous attention to detail. The roomy living area has an open-concept chef's kitchen with brand-new stainless equipment, a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 is located on this floor. It has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and a half-bathroom.

On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms. A King-size bed and a Smart TV are in bedroom 2, while a Queen-size bed and a Smart TV are in bedroom 3. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Walk outside onto the connected back deck from the living area for a great outdoor space. There is a  six-person dining table, a gas grill, and an adjoining sundeck for soaking up the Tybee sun on this private deck.
