The living room has ample seating, with a sleeper sofa and a large 65-inch flat-screen Smart TV mounted for viewing. The open floor plan includes a large dining table that seats up to 10. The beautifully appointed and fully equipped kitchen features Quartz countertops and is ready to take on any meal, from continental breakfast to a large family meal. There is a breakfast bar, perfect for meal prep or entertaining, with seating for three and a coffee bar with a mounted TV next to the kitchen. Step onto the spacious screened balcony to take in the Tybee breeze and fresh air. Be seated at the table for alfresco dining on the porch. The large round dining table has seating for 6.

The Primary suite, located on the main floor of the home, features a King-sized memory foam bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The attached primary bathroom boasts dual vanity sinks with Quartz countertops, a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, three guest bedrooms await. The first guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a twin sleeper chair. The bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom mimics the first one, with a Queen size bed, twin sleeper chair, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom opens to the hallway and has a tub and shower combination. The third guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The ground level of the home is where all the fun begins! Guests will be wowed by the stunning 12ft X 20ft in-ground pool, which is fully fenced with a privacy fence. Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost of $35 per day (not available in January or February). This home is located on a quiet street with minimal traffic. Bring your bicycles, or rent them while you visit. The main beach is about 3 blocks away, and you will be about 4 blocks from the Back River beach for amazing sunsets and quiet strolls along the shoreline. This home is equipped with an in-home air purifier that is effective at improving indoor air quality. There is a washer and dryer for guest use as well as a clothes steamer. Wifi is available. Off-street parking is available for 4 vehicles. This property is not pet-friendly.
