Description
Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

The condo was clean and perfect location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The day before our checkout we had an unexpected knock on the door. Three individuals identified themselves as the owner, a realtor, and a potential buyer. They wanted to come in and see the place. We denied access as it seemed weird and not scheduled throughTybee Vacation Rental. We're not sure what that was all about but we left quickly the next morning.

Pros: very spacious, great family rental, assigned convenient parking, clean beds and bathrooms, plenty of towels, good wifi, strong ac, short walk to the beach, full kitchen + washer dryer. Great location by the pier. Vacation renal office very helpful and easy to reach. Dogs are welcomed. Negatives: very low water pressure in the shower, barely a sprinkle, and hot water runs out quickly. Lots of Mosquitos on the balcony and garage areas. Dog area small and no grass space. Recommendations: Tvs should be linked to Netflix, amazon prime or something instead of an antenna. Most beach rentals I’ve been to have beach accessories at stay which make it great to not have to bring everything (ie chairs, towels, etc.), this place did not. Would recommend including with the cost of condo being high.

Deposits
- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
