The fully-equipped kitchen offers an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. Additionally, there is countertop seating for 2. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combination.
Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There are extra sleeping arrangements in the hall with a twin bunk bed.
The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Very enjoyable experience. Plenty of towels, pillows, plates, glasses, cookware and bakeware. Nicely decorated, private and close to the beach.

I loved the unit and there was nothing wrong with it at all. I really appreciated how accommodating TVR was to get my reservation adjusted because of the hurricane. I prefer, though, a view of the ocean, and when I've stayed before, I was always on the other side, but due to the circumstances, I had a room with no ocean view. So I would not likely stay in this unit for that reason only. Everything was otherwise great!!

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
