The primary bedroom features a plush queen size bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, with a second bathroom located just outside the door. This condo is perfect for families or couples looking to get away from it all.
The Lighthouse Point Condominium complex itself is a vacationer's dream. It's gated for extra security and features private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, and not one, but two large swimming pools, with a kiddie pool for the little ones. And since it's located on the North end of Tybee Island, you'll get to enjoy natural, serene beaches with minimal wave action. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, and 1 unassigned.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

This condo faces the beach and is very close to the pathway to the water. The photos are accurate and the space is clean and easy to navigate. The pools are large, clean, and uncrowded. The property location is great—walkable to the lighthouse and a quick drive to almost anything you need.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
