Sandy Souls is 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located on a quiet street within a short walk to the Beach. Great space for families with kids or pets, the home features a big fenced yard. Enjoy a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach!
The kitchen features custom-designed cabinets and granite countertops, stainless appliances and a huge dining table with seating for 10 people. The bright and spacious living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The home has all the amenities you need, including WiFi for entertainment.
The Primary bedroom has a King bed, and 32-inch flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom with Tub and Shower. Two guest bedrooms on this level, the first Guest bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed and a 40inch Smart TV, for streaming your own programming. The home also offers a roll-away twin bed, and an additional Twin inflatable bed to allow of flexible bedding options for guests.
This home is a comfortable island escape on a large shady corner lot in a quiet neighborhood. Located only 3 blocks, a quick 5-minute walk to the North beach dune crosswalk; a short walk down an unpaved quiet lane. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, Jaycee Park, Memorial Park, lighthouse, and beach. This home is pet-friendly. There is a large covered furnished deck and fenced yard perfect for pets. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Books, games, and DVD movies. Covered parking for 4-6 vehicles.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Deposits
- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
