The ground level apartment sleeps up to six people, with a King bed and TV in the first bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the second bedroom. The living area has a sleeper sofa and a 55 inch flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6, and there is a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The apartment-style kitchen has been completely updated with all new appliances including an apartment-sized refrigerator/freezer, stove with an oven and a microwave. The bathroom features all-new fixtures and an all a new walk-in shower. There is a brand new high-efficiency washer and dryer for guest use.
The home is located on beautiful 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee Island's Bike path, so be sure to bring your own bicycles, or plan on renting them while visiting - This is the best way to see all of Tybee! The nearest beach access is only two and a half blocks away.
The backyard and ground-level fully enclosed and covered outdoor bathroom is shared by all guests of the property. There are 2 reserved off-street parking spaces for guest use and Wifi is available.

This property is available to rent together with the upstairs three-bedroom home, which is the Wish Upon a Starfish Cottage property, which gives groups a combined five bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as two kitchens and private entrances. Wish Upon a Starfish Cottage makes for a perfect space for multi-family vacations or traveling groups and family reunions.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
