One of two raised homes on this street, Treetop Cottage is the back home at the end of the drive. The entrance is on the second floor, with covered parking below the home. The comfortable living area has high ceilings and interesting architectural detail with an exposed beam and tons of natural light. The open plan living area offers a flat-screen tv, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 2 people. The dining table seats 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedrooms both include a TV, the first bedroom has a King-size bed and the second is furnished with a Queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms, each with walk-in showers. There are a washer and dryer located in the second bathroom.
The outdoor space is nestled among the treetops. Enjoy the wrap-around deck that is shady and nestled in the tree-tops. The deck offers a variety of spaces, both covered, uncovered, and a new screened area that is a perfect place to enjoy coffee or mealtimes together outdoors. There is an outdoor dining table that seats 4 and a charcoal grill on the ground-level patio, perfect for the grill master in your group. Beach access is located about 4 blocks away, about a 4-minute walk. There is parking available for 2 Vehicles. Wifi is available.

Loved the beach house on Tybee island! Was happy with the location although it isn't on the beach, it's an easy bike ride or walk there and back. Didn't realize how close it was to the neighbor house but it wasn't a problem and didn't hinder us too much. Also wish there was a view of some type from the balcony, beautiful porch but because of the trees surrounding the house we didn't have a view of anything. The one thing I'd say that would've bumped it up to a 5 start review for me was there was no beach toys for us to use. Would've liked to seen a chest or something with body boards and some sand toys for renters to use so we didn't have to spend money on those things for the couple of days we spent there. Overall happy with the house and the stay with Tybee Vacation Rentals.

The place is just simply lovely. My only drawback was that there are no beach towels or supplies available. I have stayed at rentals that do have beach towels and other things. We are not allowed to use the house towels at the beach so if you plan on going to the beach you will need to bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. However, there were no spices other than salt and pepper. In my experience, I have found a pretty well stocked pantry at most places I have stayed. If you plan on eating out, then it's not a problem but we were there for 10 days so we cooked some of our meals there. Luckily my son lived in Savannah, so we were able to borrow some things from him.

Exactly what was described in the listing. Very peaceful, and family friendly. We enjoyed our private patio, and even when the driveway was shared with the neighbor it felt like a separate residence. The rental company was very communicative, even when I had issues. Plenty of excess linen and towels. We had such a great experience with them and normally I dislike booking with companies vs individuals this felt like a grass roots business to book with.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
