The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is comfortably furnished, has all the modern amenities, and is very spacious in size at over 1275 square feet. The open floor plan is perfect for spending time together during your vacation. The living area has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with cable and a Bluray player. The dining area includes table seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the counter. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. The private furnished balcony is accessible through the dining area and is the perfect spot for enjoying the ocean breezes. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and the attached primary bath has a garden tub and separate shower. The guest room has a queen-size bed and TV.

Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (large SUVs and over-sized trucks may not fit in the garage). Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator in the building - not ADA compliant).

Good location, parking garage is kinda a chore to get into. Elevator has not been inspected since 2021, at least according to the paperwork displayed.
