Enjoy the South end of Tybee in Tybreeza B - a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a historic Tybee cottage located one and a half blocks from the beach. The apartment is within the 1940s renovated apartment home. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Tybee pier and more. This quaint option is great for couples on a budget.

The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, 19-inch flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, and the attached bath has a walk-in shower. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and stove/oven, but there is no dishwasher. The breakfast bar has seating for 2. The casual sitting area is furnished with a small sofa.

The upstairs owners are happy to share the private swimming pool in the backyard and the gas grill. There is no landline phone or washer and dryer available. There is a laundry mat located on the island. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant). Parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please Note: Tybreeza A occupies part of the ground level of this cottage. There is a 1 bedroom apartment next door, Tybreeza B. Given the age of the building you may be able to hear some sound if the other apartment is occupied during your stay. The bedroom is separated from the living area by curtains; there is no door.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. The unit is quirky and walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The listing was correct about noise. There was quite a bit of noise from owners unit above. No noise between downstairs units. Love the location and the pool was so nice to have and a nice bonus to beach time. Great water pressure in the shower but it is very small. Would stay in the adjacent unit next time for more room.
