After a day at the beach enjoy games and outdoor recreation on the ground floor of the home. The outdoor patio has a gas grill, a built-in fire pit, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold running water to rinse off after a day at the beach. The garage area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a ping-pong table. There is a wet bar with a sink and a full-size fridge, for keeping your beverages right at hand, and there is a convenient half bathroom downstairs too!
The main living level is located on the second floor of the home and is open and spacious with high ceilings that let in tons of natural light. Enter the home from the front deck, and walk into the open, spacious living room. The bright living area has a sleeper sofa and comfortable furnishings. The living room features a decorative fireplace with a large flat-screen TV mounted above. The dining area, just off the living room is open to the kitchen and living area and has seating for up to 6 people and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to take on family meals in a flash. The laundry area is just off the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. Just outside the living room enjoy coastal breezes on the screened porch that has outdoor seating and a partial view of the Savannah River and bay.
There are 2 primary suites located upstairs, on the third floor of Three Palms. The first primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV. Step out onto the attached sun deck and enjoy a partial view of the bay from the comfort of the deck. The second primary bedroom, also on the third level has a Queen size bed and a twin bed, perfect for families. The attached primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. This bedroom has access to another sundeck with partial views of the bay and lounge chairs for soaking in the sunshine.
The main level of the home has 2 guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV, and the second bedroom, perfect for kids, features a Twin bed and Twin bunk beds, with a hideaway trundle bed, which allows for sleeping for 4 in this room. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The North-end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay (not oceanfront) where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but only very gentle wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port.
Please note: This home is located about 1/2 of a block from beach access, which is at the intersection of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street. The beach access is a soft sand path.

Quiet, spacious and fun!
Our crew of seven adults thoroughly enjoyed this place for a whole week! It is is very spacious, and we enjoyed every bit of it from ping pong in the garage, sunsets from the upper deck, corn hole in the drive way, and outdoor fire pit and grill. The living room was huge and everyone had plenty of privacy and space in their bedrooms- especially loved the 2 masters! The quiet neighborhood is a plus and the walk to the beach is so pretty.
Great house & great location!
2 families shared this awesome house for a COVID-19 vacation on our 1st trip to Tybee Island. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evening. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as expected. Next time we will probably look for a house closer to the lighthouse beach since that was our favorite BUT will definitely rent from Tybee Vacation Rentals. They were very helpful when we booked this house and were also responsive when we reported a small problem. Loved Huc-A-Poos pizza and the Tybean Coffee & Art Bar. These are both within walking distance or a quick car/golf cart ride with plenty of parking.

My family and I had the best time at Tybee Island! This house exceeded all of our wants and needs. First, the house matched the pictures. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of appliances and dishes, but be prepared to bring all food related items. Salt and pepper is not included. There were ample towels and linens provided. It was helpful having a washer and dryer. Bring extra detergent if you don't like leaving vacation with dirty laundry. The best part of this amazing house by far is the location. It is only one house away from the path to the beach. We had 4 kids with us, and not one complained about the walking distance! The beach is on the north side of the island, which is very calm. You won't find waves unless a cargo ship passes by. You will find lots of dolphins playing in the water and tons of sea creatures for the kids to find. This was one of the best vacations my family has ever had, and I greatly recommend this house and amazing island!
