Description
In true Tybee cottage character, the main house is located on the second story of the home with the kitchen, living and dining areas, and three bedrooms. Through the front door, guests enter into the all-new renovated, fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for preparing vacation meals for the family. The openness of the living and dining area gives the space a bright beachy feel that's sure to help you unwind on Tybee Time. The dining table has seating to accommodate 6. The living area features a sectional couch, additional seating, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 is outfitted with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the upstairs hall bathroom that features a separate walk-in shower, a tub/shower and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 also has a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV and enjoys access to an ensuite half bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the upstairs hall bathroom.
Head downstairs to the ground level, the outdoor living area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The outdoor living space underneath the home includes plenty of outdoor seating, a large mounted TV, a refrigerator, picnic dining table, and a ping pong table for hours of fun! The home's washer and dryer are also located on the ground level and there is a gas grill for cookouts. Bedroom 4 features a twin-sized bed, a full bed, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bedroom 5 features a single-sized bed. Both of the bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is no public beach access on this lane but it is only a short stroll to the 10th street beach crossover - and no worries about traffic because you are at the beach-side of Butler Avenue!
Please Note: There is no connecting interior staircase inside. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are accessed through separate lockable doors in the downstairs entertainment area and are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The upstairs of the home has central air and heat. Two mini-split a/c units cool the downstairs bedrooms.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
