Description
One of the great bonuses of staying at A Crabs Walk is the outdoor living spaces! There are two levels of furnished porches, a fully-fenced yard, and a ground-level entertainment zone which is sure to be a hit. Entertainment options abound with corn hole, foosball, bumper pool, and a ping-pong table! There is also a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a hot and cold outdoor shower and changing area, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed to an open living area, kitchen, and dining area - ideal for gathering together. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV, while the dining table seats eight people and the breakfast bar seats three. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a flat surface cooktop, and a Keurig coffee maker, as well as everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is just beyond the kitchen, accessible from the guest bedroom on this level. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is one additional bedroom on this level with a double bunk bed (double bed with double bunk on top).
There are three bedrooms on the top floor of the home. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and access to the third-floor covered balcony, as well as a large ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a TV with balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with access from the bedroom and the hall. Finally, the third upstairs bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
Complimentary WIFI Internet access. This property is pet-friendly and has a fenced yard. Ample on-property parking is available for up to 5 cars.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. In addition, a monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies.

Deposits
- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful, updated, and clean. Bed comfort was hit or miss. Wish it would've been a little more open/clear about what they had and what needed to be provided by us. Great location! A few more stools would be helpful too.

They weren’t kidding this location was perfect! The house was fantastic and the location was perfect for letting the kids run to and from the arcade, stores, and ice cream shops. Not to mention that it was great to be able to walk to multiple beaches for the sunrise without having to wake up an hour before! Would rent here again for sure!

Location was everything here, it was 1 street over from the main strip of all the shops,bars, convenience store, etc. and a 2 block walk to the beach access point which was really nice! The house was very spacious and accommodating for our 12 guest. A/C in the house was nice, especially after those long hot beach days! They had a fully stocked kitchen with pretty much anything you could need to cook/store food which was nice. Also really loved the downstairs gaming area! Would definitely rent this house again!

Our stay was perfect! The property was clean had many amenities and was walking distance to almost everything we needed. We could have asked for a better stay. We had one slight problem with the propane and it was fixed within 15 minutes of me texting the property manager. I can’t say enough nice things about this group.
