The living area features newly updated furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, additional table seating 4, an apartment-sized stovetop and oven and full size- fridge/freezer. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a 32in flat-screen TV, with a DVD player. You also will enjoy your furnished private balcony with a glimpse of the bay. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a Smart TV, perfect for use with your Netflix account.
This condo also offers complimentary in-unit WIFI, central air and will sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This condo is only the 5th condo down from the elevator. Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote.
