The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and is furnished with a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a twin bed. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub). There is wireless internet available for guest use.
PLEASE NOTE: Stand-Up Shower Only in Bathroom (No Tubs), 1 Reserved Parking Place is provided. You must walk up 3 steps to reach this level.
This Historic Sea View Apartment building was originally built in 1924 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Each Unit includes the use of shared amenities that include: Two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The top-level porch features a nice ocean view. Rinse off after a day at the beach in one of two enclosed outdoor showers, a great amenity, especially for families. In the backyard, there is a patio with Gas Grill and seating available for guest use and a shared laundry room. All units feature WIFI access and Satellite TV.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

It’s located very close to the beach and places to eat. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. This historic home is exceptionally clean and tidy and very attractively decorated. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy Tybee and Savannah.

Very nice property. Only negative is the insulation is very thin and you can hear everything. If you get loud neighbors or kids you can hear everything.

The location is perfect and clean. Short walk to the boardwalk and beach without crossing the street. Close to restaurants, shops and bars but on a quiet street. The porch was lovely to hang out when the weather cooled down. The walls and floors are very thin. If you're on the first floor expect to hear people walking and running above you. That's a little inconvenience compares to the overall charm of the place. The communication from the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again and use TVR.

Everything was great about the place. We only have e four stars in overall because the parking was very tight and the first night we had to park on the street and pay for parking because the manner in which the oversized truck was parked in space #1. Second, the bedroom is limited on electrical outlets in the bedroom. I would suggest bringing a power strip for all your electronics needing charging, unless you are good with leaving them on the kitchen to charge over night. But if you are looking for easy access to the beach and fun in the sun this spot is perfect! Had a great time.
