This ground level, easy access home has all you need for a turn-key vacation at the beach. Walk right into comfort with an updated, fully equipped kitchen with Quartz countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and a large breakfast bar for a perfect start to your day. The living area is nicely furnished with a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and has a wall-mounted Smart TV for easy viewing. Enjoy a quick meal at the table for 6.
There are three bedrooms; each is furnished with a King-size bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination and a stacked washer and dryer for guests' use. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This home is equipped with an iWave-R, Residential Air Cleaner installed to protect against a wide variety of pathogens in the air and on hard surfaces.
Outside, there are a gas grill and a picnic table for dining outdoors, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park, which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants and is just 3 Blocks to the beach. This home is a great budget-friendly retreat for a couple or a small family vacation.

Overall house is as advertised very clean and bright. Location was great ,2 blocks to walk to the beach and quick scenic 20 minutes or so drive in to any part of Savanna. Would recommend this to friends

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
