The bedrooms at RNR Tybee Island House offer a restful retreat at the end of an exhilarating day spent on the beach. You’ll discover five king-size bedrooms, including two ensuites and one studio-style, as well as two queen-size bedrooms. The vacation home’s five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms are stocked with plenty of freah towels. An in-house washer and dryer makes it easy to refresh your swimsuit the night before for the next day’s activities.
Head outside to RNR Tybee Island House’s multi-level deck! This private deck includes a six-top dining table, a gas grill, and a sundeck with partial ocean views. The ground-level plunge pool is great for cooling off after a day at the beach. There is off-street parking for up to five vehicles on the property.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Nicely renovated beach property. The pool was a hit with everyone, the separate living spaces were both nice at times and a bit of a challenge to have everyone in the same area to eat or hang out. We managed that just fine, really was our only struggle. Loved how close it is to Savannah for daytime and nighttime getaways. Location on the island itself is a bit odd as it’s off the main stretch of road so there is a decent amount of traffic at all times of day, but the house is quiet and you can’t hear any of it. Tl;dr: beautiful space, steps to the beach, could just use a little more seating/dining capacity for families using all 3 units at the same time.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
