RNR Tybee Island House consists of 3 separate apartments. Unit A is a studio-style 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully updated apartment. A full kitchen, a small table for two, a living area with Smart TV, a King bed, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Unit B is a three-bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment with all-new fixtures and furnishings. Guests will love the precise attention to detail throughout the fun and functional spaces. The spacious living area is on the second floor, and it includes a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and an open-concept chef's kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a half bathroom. This level includes Bedroom 1, with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a Smart TV.
Unit C is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with three ground-floor bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A King with an attached full bathroom, a King bedroom, and a Queen bedroom share a full bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, and half bathroom are upstairs.
From the upstairs living level in Apartment B, walk outside onto the attached back deck. This private deck includes a dining table for 6, a gas grill, and a sundeck with partial ocean views. The ground-level plunge pool is great for cooling off after a day at the beach. There is off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles on the property. This home is truly one of a kind and will be an incredible place to enjoy all of what makes Tybee Island a special destination to enjoy year after year.

Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for a fee of $35 per day (not available in January or February).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The places are great but it is hard to have one central hangout area. I wish there was a door connecting B and C - that could be closed/locked when not renting together. Or, have a connecting deck. Bathrooms and bedrooms great. Excellent simple decor. Room darkening shades /noise limiting curtains would be helpful for master in unit B.

The 3 units worked perfectly for our large family. We each had everything we needed to make the stay pleasurable. The children loved the pool and being so close to the beach. This is definitely a place I’d rent again.

Great for small groups but not ideal for groups that fill the whole property. If you want to appeal to that size group, considering interior doors between the kitchens and larger seating areas.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
