This second-floor condo offers beautiful views of where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Relax and unwind on your very own private balcony, where guests can watch as container ships travel up the river and witness pods of dolphins play from the comfort of your vacation condo. You’re always only steps away from the shore via private access as well as the resort-style pool within the condo community.
The open floor plan, including living, dining, and kitchen areas, features comfortable furnishings with a sofa, recliner, and a large flat-screen TV as well as plenty of cozy, coastal style. The living area looks out directly to the ocean and features access to the balcony. The balcony has a table for 2, perfect for taking in beautiful Tybee sunrises and sunsets. There is a small dining table with seating for 2 and the kitchen comes with an oven/stovetop, a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Relax in the bedroom that is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
This condo will sleep up to 2 comfortably. Includes high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
