The living area includes a flat-screen TV with cable access, a Queen sleeper sofa and includes a built-in wet bar. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for four on the balcony. The primary bedroom furnishings include a King-size bed and a Smart TV, attached full bathroom, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This condo is a great option for family getaways to Tybee Island.
Lighthouse Point 11C is on the third floor for maximum view. There is no elevator in this building, and this condo is accessed only by stairs to the third floor. There is also community WIFI for guest use at the pool area along with dedicated WIFI for just your use of the unit. Two reserved and uncovered parking spaces available. Spaces are narrow, so over-sized vehicles may not fit.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point Condominiums is directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. Spend hours combing the beach for shells and treasures. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is in Fort Screven, near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Great view! Not a quiet place, we could hear the children running around in the condo below us, luckily they left after the first night. Be ready to climb lots of stairs.

Please correct the description that indicates a Kerueg is available. We only brought coffee pods and then had to buy filters and coffee once we arrived. The venomous snake nesting area we had to pass through to the beach was unsettling to say the least!
