The interior has a fresh new look, ready to welcome guests to this charming Island location. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV. The dining table will accommodate six guests, and the kitchen is nicely updated with all stainless appliances and features a full-size washer and dryer for convenience.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed, TV, and private bath with a tub and shower combination and access to the balcony, with views of the ocean. The guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed and TV. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet north of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, tennis courts, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station, museum, and Jaycee Park.
Please Note: #29B has two reserved covered parking spaces in a narrow parking stall on the ground level under the building. Large SUVs and oversized vehicles may not fit in these spaces. This is the only building at Lighthouse Point with an elevator to access each floor.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and stay dates and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Deposits
- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.

Nice end unit on 2nd floor (of 3) next to stairs, parking spot and pool. Beach view across dunes in the distance. The unit is beach front but due to wide beach can be a 5 min walk with all the gear to the water. The north side of Tybee is also the inlet to the Savanna river and large Harbour so a lot of huge ships will pass through the channel right in front of the beach. We did not enjoy that parking is relatively expensive on the island and there are no free parking spots anywhere so even little trips to explore, shop and walk around to get a coffee or ice cream feels a bit like being taken advantage off. Savannah was nice to explore and also Wormsloe.

We thought everything was perfect! We did find 1 palmetto bug. The showers were slow to drain.
