The kitchen was beautifully renovated with stainless appliances and granite counters but still offers plenty of character. Located off the kitchen are the large open floor plan living and dining area with seating for 8. The living area has ample comfortable seating, which makes for a great space for spending time with the family, along with a beautiful brick decorative fireplace with an electric firebox and a flat-screen TV. There is also an enormous enclosed and glassed-in sun porch located on the main living level, which offers additional space with a Sleeper Sofa. The porch offers two additional sitting areas, a dining table for 6, and another TV.

Guests will also enjoy the covered patio area, which includes a picnic table, grill area with gas grill, garden view, as well as gliders and swings - another great spot to relax and enjoy the breezes. Parking is available for 4 vehicles. This home is pet-friendly for well-behaved and trained adult dogs, with an additional fee. Wireless Internet/WIFI is provided for guest use.

When combined with Breeze Inn, there is a total of 16 bedrooms enough space for up to 38 guests, and two private pools.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. It is a lot than 75 feet to the beach the boardwalk is near the house but it is probably 200 ft long or more to get to the beach. There is really no place to walk the dogs and let them out. The house was a good fit for our family as far as bedrooms. A lot of maintenance needs to be done to the house. Loved the vintage decorations

My extended family and I had a great time on this trip. The place was just as pictured, easy to find, had amazing beach access (walk to the beach) and Tybee Vacation Rentals was very communicative (maybe overly so? I got a text almost every day, but i never needed anything). There were a couple things that would make me think twice before staying at this property/Tybee again. (But mainly based on personal preference.) 1)Parking - the onsite parking was tight, like you could pull into the garage but barely open your doors. Also, the island had very limited and paid parking if you wanted to go anywhere. I spent way too much of my vacation looking for a place to park. 2) No beach view - I knew this house was a second row house but i was expecting at least a peek at the beach. These beach houses were packed in tight and the homes were so far off the beach I couldn’t hear the waves from the house.

Perfect family vacation home. Fits everyone comfortably. Plenty of socializing areas so it didn’t feel crowded at all with 11 of us. Very easy beach access.

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
