Watch the sunrise outside from two private balconies, or stay indoors and wake up to the sunrise view from the comfort of your primary bedroom. The living room is comfortably furnished, and access to the covered balcony, a flat-screen TV, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table has seating for 5, and there are 3 seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.
Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King, and a flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached primary bath with dual vanity and a whirlpool tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom has an ensuite shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination and is also accessed through the hall. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV.
This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Lovely condo but resort feels very old and is situated right next to main public beach with overwhelming garbage and passerby. The view is perfect except for alkey. 415 Condo is in perfect shape and very nice if you can get past the exterior flaws of its building. Parking was easy. Response times were amazing so helpful .

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
