Description
The first floor has a 2 car garage and stairs leading to the entry. The second floor has a large, open floor plan, furnished balcony, powder room, living area with Flat Panel TV, guest bedroom with King and attached full bath, and laundry room.
The third floor is home to 4 bedrooms. First, the main bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a TV and has an ensuite bathroom with a separate garden tub and walk-in shower. This large bedroom suite also has a furnished balcony with ocean views. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a Daybed, and Bedroom 5 has a bunk with a full-size futon on the bottom and a twin on top.
A gas grill is provided. Parking for 4 vehicles. Located in the quiet North Beach area of the island, just a few blocks away from the lighthouse, Jaycee Park, Tybee Museum, Dog Park, shops, and restaurants. The closest beach access is just a short walk away across the neighborhood's turtle pond.
Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting a Neighboring home. Sandcastle is a 5 bedroom neighboring home that sleeps up to 12, Northern Exposure is a 3 Bedroom home that sleeps up to 9. When combined with Molliwood, that would be a total of 13 bedrooms, and enough space for up to 35 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We loved how close we were to the beach! And, that we were so happy the north beach was much quieter than the other beaches!

December 2019 Stay
Molliewood was a good home base for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas together. The children enjoyed the beach even if it was too cold to swim. There was room to spread out, enjoy time together, eat and play games. It's also super convenient to a number of historical sites, not to mention Savannah!

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
