Offered by Tybee Vacation Rentals, the brand new, updated kitchen has granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, and microwave and a Keurig for coffee as well as a refrigerator and freezer, which makes guests feel at home while away from home. The kitchen features a beautiful, custom glass tile backsplash that accents the beachy decor perfectly!
The comfortable bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a flat-screen TV and built-in shelving and closet space. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub and shower. The condo also has in-unit WIFI for your convenience. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Savannah Beach and Racquet Office, community charcoal grills, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. We had an amazing stay in our condo on Tybee Island. The unit was exactly as pictured in the listing and was immaculate. The beds and bedding were great as were the towels. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and not crowded. We walked to TYBEAN COFFEE every morning to start our day. The area is cute and quiet and close to the grocery store and a few places to eat. If you want action and ocean waves just find your way to the south end of the island where the vibe is quite different. Don't hesitate to book this unit...you will not be disappointed. Side note......there is a pocket door to close off the bedroom from the living area for privacy.

You are going to love the bedroom being nice and dark in the morning so you can sleep in! Yes, you will hear steps from the condo above (We took sound machine w/us for our stay) but if you are on this floor you don't need an elevator or stairs (it's all ramps and few stairs to beach/Boardwalk). Condo is beautifully decorated. Sofabed is awesome, lovely pillows, mgmt supplies the towels.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
