Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, 1 unassigned.

Parking is under the building and a minivan barely fits - do not bring a large vehicle. There are 46 steps to get into/out of the condo, so just be aware. Also, the top step in each section is very small, so take care not to slip and fall on the way down. The condo has a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent/dish soap, hand/bath soap, salt and pepper. Bring any other supplies you might need. For coffee, there is a keurig and a small 5 cup coffee maker. The coffee maker takes cone filters and has a reusable filter as well. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the pots and pans you will need for cooking.
