The home features two complete living spaces, making this home a great option for extended families or groups looking for a bit of added privacy. The upstairs main level boasts a great screened-in porch complete with a sectional sofa and a swing bed for enjoying the fresh air all year. Once inside the upstairs space, guests are met with a large open living and kitchen area. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes all you need for vacation meal planning, including a crockpot for guest use. The living area has 2 generous-sized sofas and a giant Smart TV for movies and entertainment. The dining area seats up to 6 at the table, and there are 3 counter stools at the built-in bar.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King size bed, a Smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a king-size bed for up to 4 guests. A second bathroom is shared with a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer adjoining the first bathroom.
Downstairs, the second living space also has 2 bedrooms, a living area, and full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a large flat-screen TV. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV; the second bedroom is set up as an office space - perfect for distance learning and working. There is a futon sofa as a flexible bedding option. The full bathroom also has a walk-in shower - and a second washer and dryer for guest use.
There is something for everyone in the garage game room, with a ping pong table and a foosball table. Guests can open the garage bay door to bring the outdoors in, with the adjoining patio with a gas grill and table for 6. The outdoor patio and pool area are perfect for lounging in the sun with a cold beverage. Have a picnic lunch in the screened gazebo to round out the afternoon. Bring Your furry family members; this home is pet-friendly and has plenty of room to roam in the fenced yard on both sides of the house.
This home is conveniently located about just 2 blocks away from Tybee Oaks, home to great local artisan shops, Tybee's famous Huc-A-Poo's Bites and Booze, and a great local coffee shop, Tybean. The nearest walking beach access is at the end of Bay and Polk Streets. Public beach access is located near North Beach, about 1 mile away with a large pay-to-park parking area. Check out the Marine Science Center and the Tybee Island Lighthouse, both nearby the beach access.
Wifi is available. The Smart TVs in the home allow guests to stream their favorite channels with their own log-in. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Great space indoor and out, AC worked great, beds comfortable and pool area great plus only two blocks from beach. Would definitely lease it again or recommend it. Also want to say how great Tybee Realty was to work with. Super nice people and answered any questions we had quickly. Also responded quickly to pool maintenance need-handled it within two hours of talking to them. Thank you for a great stay !
