Beach House 413 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo that offers a perfect beachfront location with private views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant The Deck featuring unique coastal cuisine. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the YMCA, and Library. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants.

This condo offers a modern coastal feel and updated furnishings that will make guests feel right at home. The living room is comfortably furnished, offers spectacular views, access to the covered balcony, a 42" flat-screen TV with wireless Bluray player which allows for access to your Netflix account to stream content, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen offers all of the modern amenities. There are a full-size washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use.

Each of the bedrooms offers fresh furnishings and can accommodate traveling couples or a family nicely. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King, 42in flat-screen TV, a private balcony with ocean views, and has an attached bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed and bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed, with both furnished with 26in flat-screen TVs.

This condo has Wireless Internet for guest use. There`s covered garage parking for 2 cars. Bike racks are available for use with locks. You can bring your own bike or rent while visiting Tybee; it`s the best way to see the island. There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Unit #413 Complex is older property but clean and nicely decorated. Twice as expensive as a higher end condo in Destin Fl. so I’d recommend a different destination. You didn’t ask suggestions for improvement. I was very disappointed on how few “staples” were in stock: There should be beach towels and beach chairs for the same# of people as who could sleep in the unit. Basic laundry supplies like detergent. Basic kitchen items like salt and pepper.

First let me say the condo was absolutely beautiful. Being minimalist and an interior decorator, the decor and simple color scheme balanced with the perfect blend of minimal yet essential accessories was super aesthetically enjoyable. We had a few issues during our stay. The washing machine door was broken so we couldn’t wash. The floors were very dirty. They were swept but turned the bottom of our feet black so definitely not mopped. The screen to the balcony was torn from the frame and bugs were coming in when the screen was pulled. The fabric dining chairs were badly soiled and need to be spot cleaned with a cloth and mild detergent. The ice maker was off and empty when we arrived which we were explained that was a DHEC requirement however even after we turned it on it produced ice very slowly. We had to get ice from the Deck restaurant. The water filter replacement light indicator was on the refrigerator water dispenser. The air setting was on 75 so it was warm in the condo when we arrived but eventually cooled off. The temperature wasn’t inviting. The air worked to cool off the condo along with the fans though. The jacuzzi tub worked nicely but there was a drip on the master bath faucet that we couldn’t turn off. It didn’t affect our stay at all but I did let the staff know. My biggest frustration was over check in. I had requested early check in if possible. When drove into town 2 hours early hoping however even when 4 came we still had never received a door code. We had to call the office and they told me they sent it two hours earlier but we never got it. Unfortune I had been given an option to opt out of text notifications since the one cellular device we have en has limited data and is a Safelink senior device and although they saw I had opted out that was still how and where they went sent our code. That was super frustrating. We used several minutes of our again limited data plan calling into the office trying to get into the condo and reporting issues. Overall the condo was beautiful and the time with our grown son and daughter was wonderful. Our neighbor, Jim, an owner invited us to come back and stay in his unit 412. We won’t be back anytime soon due to limited budgets and the time off for the others but we would consider this location again. It was perfect for watching the sunrise and the open kitchen dining area and table for 6 served us well while we shared breakfast and dinner each day. Thanks for the opportunity to share our experience.

It was close to everything. Having the poolside restaurant and bar, ocean right behind and everything basically within a 2 minute drive was awesome for a family with little ones like we have. They loved the pools!!
