The quaint ground-level garden apartment is perfect for a couple or a small family visiting Historic Savannah. The spacious apartment offers a private entrance with its covered patio and a shared courtyard and garden. The interior has been renovated and includes one bedroom with a Queen size bed, a full bathroom with a beautiful all-new walk-in shower, and a parlor-style living area with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. Plan to prepare excellent meals in the all-new kitchen, fully equipped with stainless appliances, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a four-burner gas range and oven.
Enjoy quiet mornings or evening cocktails on the backyard-covered patio. The outdoor space includes a fenced yard for your furry family members. The backyard space is shared with the upstairs apartment. Wifi is available. Street parking is available nearby on Waldburg Street or surrounding streets. No reserved off-street parking is available.
Walk or bike to many nearby amenities, including Forsyth Park: Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is an excellent choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, and jogging.
Guests will also be located only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, Savannah's beach. Come out for a day trip to enjoy the beach, fishing, visit Ft. ST PATRICKS DAY RESERVATIONS require a mandatory $500 refundable security deposit and a $50 non-refundable security deposit inspection/processing fee.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid; the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property. It has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies.

You have 8 listed twice in your number rating. This was an OK experience. I've never had to sign a lease agreement for an airbnb so that was a bit much. The price was fair.

Cute place near Forsyth park. Walkable to the park and a few shops. Had to sign a lease agreement on top of anything with airbnb which was a new experience for us.

Excellent location. Lovely arranged flat. Nice backyard leading out from the kitchen. There is a rental above so depending on the vacationers, it may get noisy. Unfortunately, we were there during a young adult get away. Got loud, and a drunken young woman tripped down the stairs and banged into our front window. Scared us half to death. She was not hurt- stumbled out for more wine it seems 😂

The only things that disappointed us about our stay were -1) the musty odor of the apartment & lack of sunlight or ability to leave blinds open. It is ground level/basement for Savannah -so perhaps we should have expected these things, but not having ever been to Savannah, it never entered our minds. Neither were unbearable conditions-just not preferred by us. 2) There was no mention of the parking being street side OR that we would have to move our car around for street cleaning during our stay - so we did get a ticket b/c we missed seeing a posted sign further down the block - but a heads up in the literature of the listing that the parking is on the street and to to look for the sign for weekly street cleaning rules. 3) The air mattress in the closet has a slow leak. The listing is clean, the furnishings are nice, the kitchen is very up-to-date and was spotless. It is a cute place and very walkable. Our expectations would have been exceeded had it not been for the aforementioned.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation for 72 hours after booking if trip is more than 15 days away. After that time any payments made are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented at full rental rate. See Rental Agreement for full policy.
