Sit back and relax in the open living area, which features a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony. The dining area, which has seating for 6, is the perfect place to gather for a meal after a day of fun in the sun. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and countertop seating for 3. The private balcony has a grill, lounge seating, a dining table for 6, and overlooks the community pool area.
Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen.
Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Tybee Vacation Rentals has done a great job of making booking, arriving, staying, and checking out seamless. I received several informational emails and texts before I arrived which put my mind at ease. As promised, by check-in time, we had the code for our condo and the community gates. All we had to do was arrive and walk in! Everything we needed to know was in an email, text, and/or provided in the condo. As much as I would love to keep this place our secret, I would tell future guests that this condo is a gem! Unloading was a cinch with parking spaces right near the stairway and elevator, the condo is spacious and comfortable, and the pool view was relaxing. I was amazed that it was so quiet even though it was a busy Labor Day weekend. We were within walking distance of the beach, several restaurants, and a variety of shops. Not having to drive everywhere was great! TVR does an excellent job managing their properties!

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
