Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed, flat-screen TV, an adjoining primary bath with double vanity sinks and whirlpool tub/shower, access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King size bed. Both baths have been updated with new vanities and fixtures.
Wireless Internet is available. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area - 1 assigned, and 1 unassigned. No pets. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a community pool just for Bay View Villas, tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.
Please Note: Ocean view from this unit may be partially obstructed by the beautiful, natural dunes that are protected by the U.S. Department of Natural Resources.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Property was clean but it looks ‘tired’. You can hear every footstep in the condo above. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was awful. The condo kitchen was nice. The primary bedroom mattress was great. The primary bedroom bathroom was odd, they made an effort to remodel but the bathtub is old and very dated.

We loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of four. We were on the first floor so.the view of the beach was blocked by the dunes but that didn't matter as we were steps from.the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood. Very close access to the beach. Only difficulty was finding the rental office upon arrival. GPS took us to someone’s residence, but they were very friendly in giving us directions to the correct destination.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
