The living area opens to the balcony and a flat-screen TV. It also features a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests. The balcony offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and the ocean. There is also a dining table that will seat 2 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances along with a stacked washer and dryer.
The Primary bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and offers access to the second full bath with a tub/shower combo which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI Internet is available.
This condo is located on the second floor of the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and a local favorite restaurant, home to Tybee's only oceanfront dining. The building includes elevator access. This condo is pet-friendly.
You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, the Library, and a local YMCA.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Could be cleaner, but no place has been perfect. Decent view. Pool on site. Having a restaurant on site is really nice. Easy access to beach. Not over crowded. Beds were alright. No closet in extra bedroom (did not realize this). The remote for the extra bedroom was missing, so we were unable to turn on the light (had to use the lamps) and we were unable to change the setting for the fan. But overall it was pretty quiet and a good place to stay. Biggest thing of all - pet friendly. Thank you!!! So nice being able to bring my dog with me. He enjoyed it too!

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
