Lighthouse Point 15C is a top floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the North End of Tybee Island that offers full views of the ocean from a private balcony! Sit back with a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail while enjoying stunning sights, the perfect setting for an unforgettable getaway!

The living area has a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and access to the balcony with seating, from where you can enjoy the amazing ocean views. The kitchen is great for preparing vacation meals, which you can share in the dining area that has seating for 6. This condo is located just steps from the beach and has access to two community pools.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a Smart TV, and a private full bath with a tub and shower combination. Enjoy fresh ocean air from the private balcony with access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with two twin beds and a Smart TV. The second bathroom is next to the guest bedroom and has a tub and shower combination. This property is a great option for families!

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Nice condo. Updated compared to the last Lighthouse condo we stayed in and compared to others I saw advertised. Has pretty much everything you need. Not in a building with an elevator, so would not recommend if have physical issues since everything has to be carried up 3 flights. Parking spot for this unit is very tight. We have a mini van and we had to fold in mirrors to park and couldn’t open the doors all the way. Probably not great for a large SUV or truck. Nice view and very quiet area. Second time staying at Lighthouse Point. Older units but very nicely maintained. Highly recommend of looking for a laid back, quiet experience. If you want to be in the middle of everything, probably not for you. If you want it quieter and beaches that are less crowded, great spot!!!

We visited Tybee Island and the Savannah area during a very busy time, although our stay felt very peaceful and private. The condo is at the top of 3 flights of stairs which meant it was quieter and had phenomenal views of the ocean. Our kids loved swimming in the two pools and running down to the ocean. It was warm, safe and we had lots of dolphin spotting! Would definitely recommend this delightful stay which had everything we needed.

There are no elevators in the buildings, very hard on people who have health problems

If you are looking to get away to a place where you can have fun with little to no hassle, Tybee is the perfect place. It’s so peaceful and relaxing to be able to walk to the beach everyday. The view is amazing. Don’t walk, run to a wonderful getaway with Tybee Vacation Rentals!
