The open floor plan in the living and dining area offers comfort and function. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar seating for three. The large dining table seats 8. The living room is nicely furnished and includes a Flat screen TV. Beach Song includes 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 with the twin rollaway bed available at the home. The primary bedroom, on the main level, has a King size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 has another King size bed and a TV (there is no cable access in this room). Also on this level, the Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids, and has two twin beds. The third guest bedroom has a Queen bed.
The outdoor space of this home offers lots of privacy and plenty of room for entertaining. Enjoy the ground-level covered patio and gas grill. The spacious, fenced-in backyard is perfect for playing with your pets and enjoying the beautiful island weather!
The home offers High-speed WiFi Internet access. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

You all make the rental process fairly easy and have properties near our family, which we like. But, this property really should have a set of eyes on it. The layout is great and we were thankful to find a four bedroom. It just needs some sprucing up and it was disappointing to have to walk the unmowed yard cleaning up dog poop from the previous renters.

great place close to the beach. the tvs were outdated, but we spent most of our time at the beach anyway. perfect fenced in yard for our dogs! we loved it and would definitely stay again

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
