Enter the home on the second floor, where you are met with a large open living area, dining area, and kitchen which offers a great space for spending time with family or friends. The living area has ample lounge seating including two sleeper sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The dining area has table seating for 8. The kitchen is newly renovated and is fully equipped including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
There are two guest bedrooms located on the main level which are both furnished with King-size beds and each has a Flat-screen TV. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a walk-in shower. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer for guest use. The top floor is the third bedroom which is furnished with two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, an attached private bathroom with tub/shower combo, and an extra table seating area with seating for 4. This room has access to a private balcony with views of the ocean over the rooftops.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, central heat/air ( the main floor only, the top floor offers its own AC/heat unit for added guest comfort). The entrance to this apartment is up to the left stairs at the front of the house. The outdoor fire pit is shared with all three units. Parking for 3 cars.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The kitchen had a lot of pots, pans, Tupperware, dishes etc. My only recommendation would be to replace the frying pan as it was warped and would not lay flat on the stove top. But overall I was impressed! The location was really great and close enough to walk to almost anything!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, lots of amenities (cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc). Very close easy to get to beach access. There were stairs to contend with, but even with a little age on me, they were not bad at all. The entire family enjoyed the stay. We would definitely stay at this location and with TVR again.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
