Welcome home To Beach House 432. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is a perfect beach-front, third-floor location, with unobstructed views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. You will also be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This condo offers a breezy, coastal charm that will make guests feel right at home. The living area is bright and open with spectacular views and access to the covered balcony. Breathe in the salt air and experience Ocean breezes from the furnished balcony. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a Smart TV. The dining table seats 6, and there are 3 spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use.

This is a great spot for 2 couples or families. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers a private balcony with ocean views. The primary bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons. Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

The condo was exactly as described, was extremely clean, quiet/peaceful with tasteful and high quality/unique beach themed decor. Beach was easily accessible and this unit (# 432) has a wonderful ocean/beach view. Morning sunrises and freighters coming or leaving Savannah often. Host was very responsive and answered our texted questions right away. Basic supplies (dishwasher, laundry, paper goods and hand soap) provided in generous quantity for a few days. Weather happened to be delightful too! (Late May 2023) Thank you Airbnb and Tybee vacation Rentals! 05/23/2024 Margaret was a wonderful guest. We hope they come back next year for another memorable vacation!

Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
